Spread the Word
Spread the Word
Of course we are shameless entrepreneurs looking to take advantage of young college students by having them spread the word about the new way to get in or get out of a lease or sublease. However, we would be lying to you if we said we would not benefit from you spreading the word about subleaser.com. But you will benefit too.
Strength in Numbers:
Your best chance of getting your place leased is by getting the word out. The more people who know about subleaser.com, the better your chances are of somebody viewing your listing. So let others know and have them tell their friends. It is only a matter of time before subleaser.com becomes the standard by which college students get in or get out of a lease.
Get creative:
If you ever get the nerve to let others know, get creative. We have some of the greatest campus reps around. They will be coming to your college soon. They will do anything from chalking the quad, plastering flyers all over your bathroom stalls, leaving business cards haplessly lying around, and anything else outrageous that they can possible think of. If you think you could do this or have some great ideas about how to get the word out, we are looking for you, or at least we would like to steal your ideas.
The bottom line is, if you really want to get out of your lease, list it on subleaser.com and let others know about this new service. Then you can kick back by the pool with your favorite tasty beverage and let the powers of the Internet do their thing.
