Campus Rep Rates

So how much will I make?

This is entirely up to you.  Keep in mind that this is not a full time position that requires a ton of effort.  It is simply an easy way to make a little extra money throughout the semester doing what you already do everyday - going to class.

Rates*

Typically you can earn around $1 for every listing that signs up.  There is generally a $50 bonus for getting at least 20 listings with additional bonuses at higher intervals.  So for example: If you get 20 listings that would equal $70 ($50 for getting 20 listing + $1 for each of the 20 listings).

So how much do I have to work?

Again, it is entirely up to you.  You reap what you sow.  The more time you spend getting the word out, the more listings you will see come in.  Generally we recommend you make sure they flyers are up or add more flyers once a week all around campus.  With that said, you are looking at working only a few hours per week.

What exactly does this "work" entail?

Not a whole lot (literally).  We will send you some marketing materials, typically flyers with tear-offs, and ask that you post them all over campus.  When people see the fliers, they tear off the web address, go to the site, and list their sublease.  You just made $1.  Not too shabby huh?

Talk about subleaser.  If you hear somebody mentioning that they are having trouble finding someone to take over their lease, suggest that they give subleaser.com a try.  You just made another dollar!

When will I get paid?

Typically we will cut you a check around the end of the semester when the peak subleasing season is over.

Will I be employed by subleaser.com?

No.  You will be acting as an independent contractor.  We will sign a contract to ensure that you are protected in terms of getting paid.  You are obligated to us in now way at all.  If you bring in zero listings, we won't complain, you just won't get paid.

How do I apply?
